How it works
First session (90 mins): £120
Includes a deeper exploration of your needs, goals, and priorities
May be shorter if you feel emotionally saturated - we’ll go at your pace
Ongoing sessions (60 mins): £90
I recommend committing to an initial block of five sessions which should be taken at weekly or biweekly intervals.

Mid-session email check-ins to keep you supported
Unlimited email support in between sessions if you need it
